Shipping methods in Greece
Deliveries are made by courier. Once you have placed an order by registration, you will receive an update in your mail, on the day of sending your order with all the shipping details as well as the voucher of the parcel so that you can see where your shipment is (tracking) by at any time. Deliveries are made throughout the day from 09:00 to 18:00. COLLECTION is not possible for bulky-oversized products.
Collection from the store
All our products can be picked up from the store for free. Note: Please do not come to the store unless we first inform you that your order is ready via SMS on your mobile.
Cost of transportation
Shipping is FREE for orders over 59 €. Under € 59 the charge is only from 3.00 euros for the whole of Greece. All products that have a chargeable volume, when completing the order and when you select the Prefecture you see the exact shipping cost. So the extra charge, if any, is added to the total cost and you can see it when completing your order in detail. Indicatively for bulky products the charge is 15 euros.
Order processing time
Order processing time is the time you need to prepare the order, pack it and invoice it to be ready for shipment. The average order processing time is 1-2 working days if all the products are available in the store that processes the order. Otherwise they are 2-4 working days. The above times may increase depending on the volume of orders, but also the delays that transport companies may have. Indicatively, the orders that arrive before 12:00 daily in a period of normal traffic are prepared and sent on the same day.
Delivery time by transport companies
For Couriers the delivery times are
- delivery to 1-2 working days in Mainland Greece from the date of shipment
- delivery to 2-4 working days in Island Greece or to inaccessible destinations from the date of shipment
For transport companies the delivery times are
- delivery to 2-5 working days in Mainland Greece from the date of shipment
- delivery to 5-10 working days in Island Greece or to inaccessible destinations from the date of shipment
Estimated delivery date
Estimated delivery date is the time you require to process the order along with the delivery time by shipping. You calculate the above automatically and it is not binding.
Order Delay
Any delay in your order may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The supplier was late in shipping the product. In order to offer you variety and competitive prices, we order our products from a large list of suppliers, Greek and foreign. It happens, however, that an order is often delayed at customs or in its transfer. In such cases we will contact you and ask you if you want us to deliver the order without the specific product or by replacing it with another one that we will suggest. We will send this item to you immediately upon receipt in our warehouses.
- The product you ordered has already been removed and is no longer available. In the products available through our online store, there is often the phenomenon of a supplier announcing without warning that it is canceling some products. And in this case a person from our company will contact you in order to give you alternative solutions.
- When extreme weather events or strikes occur and generally in cases of force majeure that affect the smooth transport and delivery.
- At peak times (eg Christmas, Easter, Halloween).
- Finally, in any case where it is not possible to contact you (by phone or e-mail) to address any problems regarding your order or its payment. For example, when your login information is not properly updated.
